Palmer Trucks is excited to announce our community coloring contest featuring Palmer Power & Truck Equipment’s famous Kenworth T880 work truck builds! This scene featuring a gravel pit with two Kenworth T880 dump trucks sporting Beau-Roc Diamond dump beds is sure to excite the imagination of your young truck fan at home.

Coloring Contest Rules & Submission Guidelines

1. The contest is open to children ages 12 and under as of December 31, 2020. Void where prohibited.

2. No purchase necessary to participate or win.

3. Contest begins May 26, 2020 at 12:01 am ET and ends June 22, 2020 at 11:59 pm ET.

4. Limit one (1) entry per child.

5. Print out and color the attached coloring sheet using crayons, markers or colored pencils.

6. Mail finished entires along with the entry form to the following address, or, upload a digital picture or scan via the submission form above:

1. All entries must be received by Palmer Trucks by Tuesday, June 22, 2020 at 11:59 pm ET. Mailed entries must be postmarked by this date. Deadline extended!

2. Mailed entries must include the colored picture and completed entry form. Entries submitted via the website or emailed must include: child’s name, age, parent/guardian’s name, address, phone number and email. Any entries missing the above requirements will be disqualified.

3. Contact and address information collected will be used for the purposes of notifying contest winners.

4. All entries must be original and entirely created by the entrant.

5. Palmer Trucks/Palmer Power & Truck Equipment employees and their family members will be judged separately from the general public. Please indicate any affiliation with Palmer Trucks on the entry form.

6. Two (2) grand prize winners will be selected. Additional awards for honorable mention will be given as deemed appropriate by the judges’ panel. Judges will consist of Palmer Trucks corporate staff.

7. Grand Prize: One Palmer Trucks “swag bag” consisting of branded items, which may include, cups, stickers, pre-packaged candy, and other items, potentially including Kenworth truck items. Value of all prizes is $50 or less.

8. Grand prize winners will be notified by the email or phone number submitted with their entry. Grand prize winners will also be shared via website and social media channels. Submission to this contest entails consent to share the child’s name and age via these channels, should they win.

9. Palmer Trucks, Inc. nor its entities have liability (0) for a winner’s failure to provide correct contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time of award notification, or fails to timely return any necessary declarations, releases, or additional information, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

   Winning this contest requires complying with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

10. All entries become the property of Palmer Trucks, Inc. and may be used or reproduced in any manner and for any purpose by Palmer Trucks, Inc. without additional consent or compensation, and will not be acknowledged or returned.

11. Entries will be judged at contest end. Entries will be judged on the basis of creativity.

12. Decisions are at the discretion of Palmer Trucks, Inc. and are subject to change at any time.

13. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

14. For a complete list of winners, write to Palmer Trucks, Inc. at the street address above, and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

15. By participating, Contest entrants: (1) represent that they have complied with these Official Contest Rules; (2) have received parental consent and grant Palmer Trucks, Inc. the right to use his or her name, age, city, state, and likeness; (3) release Palmer Trucks, Inc. and all its entities from any and all liability in connection with this Contest.

16. Palmer Trucks, Inc. is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, or incomplete/incorrect entries.

17. This contest is governed by the laws of Indiana, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.  As a condition of participating in this contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Indiana having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this contest), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
